There stand no obstacle to found a branch of Al-Azhar university in Islamic Republic of Iran, “said Al-Azhar graduated students.
In a graduation ceremony held by the Al-Azhar Graduation association, a group of Al-Alzhar graduated students pointed to establishing new Branches of the university in some Muslim countries such as Islamic Republic of Iran.

Vice president of the association, Dr. Abdul Fazil Al Ghousi underlined,”the association tries to solve the conflicts that exist among Muslims and for accomplishing this goal underscores the necessity of proximity and unity among different denomination.”

He announced that the association received some requests for establishing the new branches of Al-Azhar University in Denmark, Germany and Belgium.

“The new branches of the university will be established in America, Iraq, Israel, Tanzania, Sudan, Madagascar and Bangladesh so soon,” he underlined.

He added that if the authorities of Iran and Egypt came two an agreement, Al-Azhar would also establish the new branch of the university in Iran.

Al-Azhar University is an educational institute in Cairo, Egypt. It is the chief centre of Arabic literature and Sunni Islamic learning in the world. Al-Azhar is the oldest degree-granting university in Egypt after Cairo University.
