Mehmanparast criticized regional countries and international community's silence on the crackdown against peaceful demonstration in Bahrain and also the breach of human rights in the country.
The Bahraini revolution began in mid-February 2011, when the sheikhdom's public, inspired by the popular revolutions that had toppled the dictators of Tunisia and Egypt, started holding massive peaceful protests.
The Bahraini government promptly launched a brutal crackdown on the rallies through which dozens of people have been killed and hundreds were arrested.
Mehmanparast called on the western countries and international community not to show contradictory and double standards, stressing the presence of foreign forces in Bahrain would not help resolving the problems in the country.
He expressed hope Bahraini government refrain from cracking down on people and help resolving the problem by taking different actions including the release of political prisoners.
