Human Rights Watch says Zionist regime has failed to properly investigate war crime allegations against Palestinian in the Gaza Strip.
"Israel claims it is conducting credible and impartial investigations, but it has so far failed to make that case," said Joe Stork, the deputy director of the New York-based group's Middle East section.
"An independent investigation is crucial to understand why so many civilians died and to bring justice for the victims of unlawful attacks," Stork added.

The UN General Assembly in November called on Zionist regime and Hamas to investigate alleged war crimes detailed in a UN report by former South African prosecutor Richard Goldstone,
Rohama reported.
Zionist regime, which has described the report as "inaccurate," sent a 46-page response to the United Nations last week.
The regime denied violating international law but admitted to "tragic results" due to the "complexity and scale" of the fighting in the heavily populated areas.
The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, however, said he had not yet determined whether both sides had adequately probed the accusations.
Some 1,400 Palestinians and 13 Zionists were killed in Tel Aviv's massive offensive against Gaza in December 2008.
